We had our swim spa installed in May. Didn't have much of wait for it either.... Delivered very professionally and given advice how to do the cleaning etc. We requested a follow up specialist to come out and give us another chat on cleaning and they sent a guy who have us great advise. We have been very impressed by this company. From sale to after sales that have been ever so helpful. Would highly recommend. Also to say, the swim spa has been a great purchase. We could not be without it now! Thank you guys!!!read more

Everyone did their best to deal with delivery of my Hydropool in very difficult... circumstances. Covid, Lockdowns, delays because of a port strike in Canada, problems with accessing parts to make the spa pools all posed a logistical nightmare for the Team at London Essex. But they persevered, finding solutions to what seemed to be insurmountable problems.What this Company really has going for it is it’s lovely staff. Across the board they were personable, helpful, professional, skilful and enthusiastic about their product. Now I have a Hydropool, I can see why.The pool is everything that is claimed in the Marketing. It is great to swim in and fun for the grandchildren to play in. They prefer it to the 25 meter pool we usually swim in at a Sports Complex.If I was to offer any insight that would benefit the Company, it is to make sure communication between their teams is improved so that everyone is updated on current status. But this is minor compared to the huge positives, which is why I stayed with 5 *.This is a really decent Company selling a great product. I would highly recommend it.read more

We engaged with Mark and the team at the start of the year with an idea of... building an out door room. We did our homework and many cost comparison checks and kept coming back to London Essex Outdoor Living.The project has been well managed and communicated, the site teams have all been great, on time, had what they needed, worked long and hard days, did a great job and cleaned up whenever they left site.Along the way, there were some challenges due to Covid, the weather and some shipping delays, but these were out of the hands of the team and Taylor did her best to keep us up to date and set expectations.The overall job has been very professional, a couple of small snags that were corrected within a day or two of contacting Taylor, and we are very pleased with the result.The old garden was a patch of mud, now its an impressive, clean, stylish building and decking.It looks amazing and I would be happy to recommend Mark, Darren, Taylor, Gavin and the whole team to deliver you a beautiful space to enjoy outdoor living.read more

Our hot tub just had its first service and we couldn’t fault the service from... start to finish, the engineer was very knowledgeable and gave us hints and tips we didn’t know as our hot tub was delivered during the first lockdown and restrictions had to be put into place. After using it only a few times, the top surface of our Alfa Forni Ciao pizza... oven started to burn through. It was still under warranty but unfortunately our emails about the problem to the manufacturer in Italy got us nowhere. We had bought the oven from London Essex Outdoor Living and were very pleased when Taylor Purll there stepped in to help us. Through her calm and resolute dealings with Alfa Forni, we were eventually able to get the oven replaced under the warranty. We’d like to acknowledge Taylor’s efforts because she definitely went above and beyond to get this sorted out. Customer service like this is always really appreciated.read more

Recently purchased a Hydropool Spa from LondonEssex Group. Amazingly the unit... arrived from Canada spot on predicted time and in the middle of the Pandemic. Spa was installed very professionally; a word of caution at this point if you are purchasing a spa make sure that you are clear on the precise position of the supply cable relative to the connection point, we had to make a minor adjustment on a pre laid patio. Follow up service is excellent as is the supply of spares such as chemicals, filter cleaners etc. Will probably use LondonEssex techs to carry out annual maintenance although it appears that maintenance requirements are fairly minimal. Manuals are comprehensive and the office support staff very excellent.read more

Thanks to all at London Essex Group. Leanne in Sales did great job recommending... a Serenity 5900 which was in stock so available at short notice. The delivery and installation was completely with the tub having to go over the house and roof. Went well in the end. Very reactive to any issues or concerns. Vicki the engineer is very good and talks you through the process expertly. Kim in the office is very supportive and followed up in a timely manner. Thanks to all, we throughly enjoy the hot tub.read more

Brilliant service from the team at London Essex Outdoor Living, we had a... complete outdoor project with a Hydropool 670 Platinum Self Clean Hot Tub and Italian tiles to complete our garden. After we had explained our needs, Mark showed us a portfolio of the extensive range of projects the company had completed which looked amazing, and also helped us figure out how to revamp our own outdoor area.We have gone from rarely using our garden to being outside in it nearly everyday, perfect for relaxing in the evenings after work with our friends/family. We wouldn't of been able to do it without their help and expertise, so thank you all for creating our dream garden! We have now just ordered an Alfa Brio pizza oven from them and can't wait to try it out. Would recommend these guys to anybody looking for a whole new outdoor living experience, amazing service.read more

We have just had an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, pergola and an awning... supplied and fitted by London Essex Hot Tubs and are very happy with the quality of the work and the service we received. From design to completion we felt looked after. Paul was our project manager and was excellent. He really cared about the work being done at ours and went out of his way to make sure it was all done to the highest specification. I totally trusted him to be at our house with the workmen when we were at work which took all the stress out of the build for us as we didn’t need to juggle things or try to find family members to be around to let people in. In addition to that, Taylor was fantastic at keeping us informed about everything, through emails and phone calls and quickly chased things up when necessary. We were very happy with our experience and would recommend this company.read more

First of all I purchased the 19 foot hydro pool which has given me great... enjoyment, especially through Covid. The pool is lovely and I had no problems at all.The next purchase was an awning for the outside, it has an open and close roof and glass doors which slide open on the sides, this has also been a great space during covid for fresh air and ventilation.I always say that you don't know a company until you have a problem ... well the outside enclosure had some leaks when it rained heavily, even though it was some months later they have come back and repaired the problem in a speedy manner. While they have had problems keeping the leaks at bay they have never flagged in their after sales service, well done to them!read more

The delivery was painless - despite needing a huge crane to lift it over the house (organised by London & Essex).
