We service Hydropool Hot Tubs and Swim Spas in accordance to your warranty and our terms and conditions.
We offer free call out on any hot tub and swim spa from the date installed by our team. Should you require a call out after that period please find below our charges.
Call Out Fees:
ZONE A – Within 15 miles radius of Epping
£120 for the first hour and £60 per 1/2 hour after that.
*This is a minimum charge which covers time to travel not just time on site, inspection/investigation, report/assessment and any plan of action/quotes and does not mean that the issues is resolved with in the first visit
ZONE B – Within 15-40 miles of Epping
£150 call out charge for the first hour and £75 per 1/2 hour after that.
*This is a minimum charge which covers time to travel not just time on site, inspection/investigation, report/assessment and any plan of action/quotes and does not mean that the issues is resolved with in the first visit
These charges are for N London, Essex & Hertfordshire. Outside this area traveling charge applies over 40 miles from Epping location at £2/mile – call the office to discuss.
All prices include VAT at the current rate. London Essex Group Ltd reserves the right to change prices and offers at any time without any notice.
Water Chemistry Visit:
ZONE A – Within 15 miles radius of Epping
Block of 10 visits £360.00
-Clean filter
-Check water chemistry
-Balance chemicals – using customer’s chemicals on site
-Check water level and top up if possible
Please note this is a water chemistry visit, for a spa check or other issue please book the correct service.
ZONE B – Within 15-40 miles of Epping
Block of 10 visits £400.00
-Clean filter
-Check water chemistry
-Balance chemicals – using customer’s chemicals on site
-Check water level and top up if possible.

This Service is not available outside of the above areas.
