Our Natural Lump Charcoal comes from sustainable plantations and is made entirely of hardwood. It is made from premium American oak and hickory hardwood slices, resulting in outstanding performance, unmatched flavour, and up to 24 hours of cooking in a single bag. It is ready to cook in 10 to 15 minutes.

We don’t use any chemicals or accelerants when making our charcoal, which is long-burning, even, and hot.
