Would highly recommend the team at LEG. We bought our first hot tub with them and the customer service has been great. They came out several times to measure the space and ensure a smooth installation and provide peace of mind. The after sales support has been really helpful especially with any water balance concerns and they continue to be super helpful with advice on buying the right chemicals and maintenance kit.

Really pleased with our purchase - it's a beautiful spa and the mineral system is excellent. It doesn't smell like chlorine or bromine does and is much better for our skin. We also purchased a lid lifter additional and it was worth every penny.

I bought my first hot tub through London & Essex Hot Tubs last month. The showroom was well organised with a good range of hot tubs to view and Leanne was very helpful when explaining the different ranges and how they worked. The delivery was painless - despite needing a huge crane to lift it over the house (organised by London & Essex). They set everything up for me and demonstrated how to balance the water and keep it clean. Excellent service, couldn't ask for more! Thank you!
