Moroccan Style Grilled Chicken

Timings:

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup olive oil 
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar 
  • 3 tbsp ground cumin 
  • 5 ½ tbsp ground coriander 
  • 10 ½ tbsp salt 
  • 5 ½ tbsp sugar 
  • ½ tbsp cayenne pepper 
  • 4 large chicken breast halves with skin and ribs, cut crosswise in half 
  • 4 chicken legs 
  • 4 chicken thighs 
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, minced 

Serves 6 People.

Cooking:

  • Heat the oil in a large saucepan or soup pot over medium heat.
  • Once it shimmers, add the onion and cook, stirring often, until lightly browned, 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Turn off the heat.
  • Preheat outdoor grill to medium high heat.
  • Place chicken on the grill for 7-8 minutes.
  • Flip over and cook an additional 7-8 minutes or until no pink remains
