Description
Upon arrival, one of our engineers will carry out a thorough test of all parts and components:
- Plumbing & jet flush treatment is run through the system
- Swim spa is fully drained, cleaned and rinsed.
- Pillows / headrests are removed (where possible) and cleaned
- Swim spa is re-filled and water balanced using customer chemicals
- Swim spa cover is cleaned and lifting mechanism checked (where possible)
- One new filter will be installed – extra filters are at additional cost
On the remaining visit, your swim spa will be checked, half drained, cleaned and initiate re-fill.
Once you have completed your payment, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable time and date.
Please Note: It is important that the swim spa is full before the engineer is scheduled to visit for any repair or service.
