Stainless Steel Roasting Rack Large

The ideal support for a roast chicken, leg of lamb, or beef forerib. If you turn it upside down, it also makes a great rack for sticky, slow-cooked racks of ribs. Perfectly fits in our drip pan, preventing the loss of any cooking fluids.

Please be aware that the Large and XL EGGs fit on both the Large and Small Roasting Rack.
