-6 tbsp pizza sauce
-1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-¼ cup cooked and crumbled Italian sausage

Method
With the conveEGGtor, set the EGG for indirect cooking at 190˚C. Cooking spray the skull cake pan and place it aside.
Press the unrolled pizza dough into a 15 by 10 inch rectangle. Divide into six equal strips. Put a strip inside the hollow of the skull. Spoon a little cheese inside, then add 4 pieces of pepperoni, 1 tablespoon of sauce, and some sausage on top. Add the remaining cheese on top. To create a pocket, fold the dough over and press the seams shut.
Bake until golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes.
After taking the pizza skulls out of the EGG, let it cool for five minutes. Remove the mold and present with chopped fresh herbs and marinara sauce.
