Every Hydropool spa manufactured from Canada comes with various warranties. This is on the materials and workmanship to ensure that it is at the highest standard. Your Hydropool swim spa/hot tub should give you years of trouble free use.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
10 Years Manufacturer Warranty on Hot Tub & Swim Spa structure (cabinet and frame), 5 Years on Hot Tub & Swim Spa shell, 3 Years on Hot Tub & Swim Spa components, 1st year labour warranty.

What Does The Warranty Cover?
The Hydropool warranty covers various parts and workmanship for different periods of time. Ranging from 1 to 10 years of warranty guarantee.
Below will cover each section that is covered and for how long:
10 Year Limited Guarantee – Shell fibreglass structure of hot tub or swim spa. Covers against cracking or failure due to workmanship/materials for 10 years from original retail purchase date.
5 Year Limited Guarantee – Interior Surface which is the acrylic on the inside to protect against blistering, delamination or cracking.
3 Year Limited Guarantee – Equipment & Plumbing which refers to the plumbing jets, valves and fittings and support package. (pump, motor and spa pack).
1 Year Limited Guarantee – Covering the Cycle Massage, the ozonator, bubbler, salt electrode, cabinets and accessories. Plus pump seals, fuses, Brominator, O-rings, insulating hard cover, pillows, lids, all audio/visual components and remote controls.
Additional Info:
The warranty guarantee does not cover malfunction which occurs due to owner negligence/neglect.
Or failure to follow/maintain proper water chemistry, usage of Hydrogen Peroxide products, electrical connection issues or acts of God.
Warranty callouts within the first year are completely free of charge.
All warranty work must be performed by a professional pool & spa technician.
